Peace in the Park - Forest Bathing & Nature Spirit - Healing in nature

Forest Bathing, nature therapy and healing in the natural environmentThis is a time when we are all hearing the call to be out in the natural environment, becoming natural environment returners.Come and join.We have an inherent connection with the earth and the natural environment. As we start to remember this we are drawn to spending more time in the natural environment. This is where we can heal.I invite you to step aside, let go and share a quiet time of listening and being, amongst the trees and the natural environment.Come and join me.There is a silence into which the world cannot intrude. There is an ancient peace you carry in your heart and have not lost.We can let the natural environment be our wise elder and facilitate healing. We can move from information and knowledge, to connect with our deeper inner wisdom. The natural environment helps to awaken us to this wisdom. My key teachings to fully embrace rewilding ourselves back into the natural environment are-:Let trees be your wise elder, your healer.Nature meets us where we are.We are natureThere is something so comforting about these points. If this resonates with you, if you are feeling overwhelmed, emotional pain, anxious, that something is missing in life, a deep yearning for inner peace, or just lost and confused, come and enjoy a Peace in the Park event. When we do inner work within the natural environment we go deeper with that blissful experience, building our resilience to stressors in our day to day busy lives.Peace Love HealI believe our journey and purpose is aboutPeace- acceptance,Love- extending love and self awareness of when love is challenged by fear and ultimately toHeal. This is the heart centred core of all approaches. When we do this out in the natural environment, with others, we can experience profound changes and healing. When we do inner work within the natural environment we go deeper with that blissful experience, building our resilience to stressors in our day to day busy lives.A little bit about meForest therapy guide and wellness practitioner using cbt, hypnotherapy, vibrational therapy and healing. My inner peace and healing journey started in 1999, when I completed my first Reiki, level one course. Peace in the Park - Forest Bathing / Shinrin Yoku with nature spiritHow much time do you spend in the natural environment every week?Attending a two hour drop in session can make such a difference to wellbeing and mental health.Experience peace now. Get your weekend off to a great peaceful start. Take time away from the worries and concerns of day to day life. To explore the woodland and heal in nature. These sessions are drop in.When we go walking with others we walk and talk, not noticing the trees and plants around us, the natural environment is usually literally scenery. Our minds are engaged with stories and chatter. At Peace in the Park, we are free from this to reconnect with nature, at a level and as deep as we want to experience. In a group setting the energy of this experience can feel amplified as we witness each others journey.A peace in the Park session is forest bathing and beyond. An intuitive and unique mix of healing, nature spirit, personal development and forest bathing. In the space created, we rediscover our inner peace, relaxation and wellbeing.Small groups of not more than twelve for a deeper experience. There is a silence into which the world cannot intrude. There is an ancient peace you carry in your heart and have not lost.I invite you to step aside, let go and share a quiet time of listening and being, amongst the trees and the natural environment. I hold a space for you, inviting you to immerse yourself in our natural environment, guiding you intuitively. A space where tree hugging is a normal healing activity. The natural environment meets us where we are, we are free to be ourselves, to let go and immerse ourselves in the peace and love of nature. We can experience the healing that we need. Each session stands alone as a unique experience opens within the presence of the trees and the plant world. Forest therapy isn't just a walk in the woods. We actively immerse in the natural environment, taking in the shapes, smells and sounds. Deep and profound healing changes can be experienced as we enhance our reconnection to the natural environment.I love Coombe Woods. It's my local woodland that I have been coming to for over twenty years. We journey through the beautiful areas, greeting the Sacred Cedar and other trees of the Scots Pine, experiencing it's sweet resin, the birch, sweet chestnut, oak and beech. The sessions are a safe space consisting of a variety of invitations, which may include

A sensory experience, journeying through our senses within the healing, natural environment.

Breath work / heart breath

Peace & Love active meditation - this releases tension, calms the mind and extends feelings of love

The Sol Forestal experience

We explore alone, deepening our connection with the trees, our wise elders

Gratitude

Nature spirituality practises woven into the experience

See the nature spirit self

Silent contemplation

Time to pause and reflect

Time to vision our intentions

We tune into the season and the vibe of the woods, feel the oneness with nature, our home

Tree hugging

Sound therapy

Essential oil aromas of the woods

Calling down the golden light

Co create an Earth Gratitude Mandala

Oracle card guidance

Benefits of Forest Bathing, Shinrin Yoku ( Japanese 'Shinrin ' forest and 'yoku' bath - immersing in the forest and taking in the atmosphere through the senses)

Reduced stress

Increased sense of wellbeing

Increased relaxation of the body, aiding sleep

Time spent out in nature is proven to improve well-being.
