At 6 pm we start with yoga which is optional or come and join us a 7 pm where we start a beautiful meditation and Heidi will take you through a soothing sound bath. Starting with chakra tuned crystal singing bowls, a variety of gongs and healing instruments to help relax and restore the body bringing it back into balance 💫Provides deep relaxation💫Reduces stress and anxiety 💫Boosts Immunitu💫Relieves Depression💫Can induce deeper Consciousness 💫Improves sleep 💫Reduces fatigue💫Unlocks Creativity💫and much morePlease bring blankets and pillows and something comfortable to lie onNot recommended for people with a pacemaker or anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy,
