Nottingham City Council’s Carbon Neutral Policy Team is hosting a series of webinars to help organisations based within the Nottingham City to decarbonise.

This webinar will include:<ul><li>Introduction from Councillor Sally Longford, Portfolio Holder for Energy, Environment and Waste.</li><li>An overview of CN28 progress to date </li><li>The role of organisations in Nottingham city-wide carbon emissions </li><li>Guidance on the top carbon reduction actions organisations can take </li><li>Where to find further information, support, and resources </li><li>Q&amp;A</li></ul>Nottingham City Council’s Carbon Neutral Policy Team is hosting a series of webinars to help organisations in Nottingham City to decarbonise. The initial series aims to assist organisations to better understand the local context of climate change, what actions they can take to reduce their carbon emissions and signpost to support available.There will be a series of five webinars which will cover:<ol><li>What does carbon neutral mean for local organisations?</li><li>Beginning your organisation’s carbon reduction journey</li><li>Decarbonising buildings </li><li>Moving away from fossil fuels for travel and transport</li><li>Reducing emissions in procurement</li></ol>In addition to City Council spokespeople, representatives from businesses in the city will share their experiences on their own carbon reduction journey. Attendees will also be given the opportunity to ask questions.P﻿lease note, this webinar will be recorded.
