A drop off farm and forest school session for ages 5 to 11years

Date: Tuesday 14th February, 10 - 3pmAge range: A drop off day for children aged 5 to 11 years. Please note that this is a drop off session. What to expect... Join us for a fun packed forest school and farm session, with lots of engaging activities and games to keep the children entertained....<li>Meeting, greeting and feeding the farm animals that live at Applefield</li><li>Exploring the farm</li><li>Fire lighting</li><li>Using hand tools</li><li>C﻿rafts</li><li>Cook a snack over the camp fire</li><li>Playing, exploring and making new friends</li><li>And lots of fun too!!</li>Price: £30.00 per child, includes all the woodcrafts and novelty craft items made to take home, hot chocolate or squash, and snack cooking activity.FAQ'sWhat to bring along and wear:<ul><li>A packed lunch with a refillable/filled water bottle</li><li>Weather appropriate clothes and footwear for farm and outdoor environments.</li><li>Waterproofs in a bag in case of rain</li></ul>My child has food allergies: There is a section on the order form to complete with any food allergies. If you would like to discuss any food allergies or other requirements further please do get in touch.Cancellation and refund policy: If you are unable to attend due to any reason, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund. If in the unfortunate event we are unable to run the session due to any reason we will issue everyone with a full a refund.What happens if the weather is bad? We will continue the session in most weathers and have use of a communal greenhouse to run activities in if needed. If we need to cancel the session due to weather warnings we will offer everyone a refund.Where is Applefield? Applefield is a small private smallholding in Sidlesham, near Chichester.What are the facilities? There is a composting toilet, running water and hand washing facilities. Parking is free and is either in the farmyard or field, dependant on weather.Your information and how we use it: At time of booking we require some information about you and your child, for example allergies, alternative needs or special requirements, first aid, email and emergency contact phone number. This information is only kept for the duration of the course or event and your contact number will only be used by us in the event of an emergency arising with your child or if we need to contact attendees prior to the event to give extra information. If you consent for us to use your email to contact about future events, this will only be used by Woodland Wonders (we do not pass these details onto any other 3rd party) and will be used only to send details of other events run by Woodland Wonders that we think you may be interested in. If you consent for photos to be used, these will only be used for our Facebook page, website and promotional purposes only and are not passed onto anyone else.
