Learn how to cycle safely and build confidence on two wheels.

Beveridge Park Tennis Court

Would you like to build up your confidence on two wheels? We’re offering free cycle training sessions for adults to help you increase your skills, gain confidence and get out on your bike more. This course will cover observation, signalling and positioning on the road and help you build up the skills and confidence to cycle safely on quiet streets. Additional InformationPlease make sure your bike is roadworthy before coming and wear appropriate clothes for the weather. We will carry out basic bike checks at the start of the ride. Remember to also bring your own water and snacks.If you are riding an adapted bike and have any questions about whether or not you would be able to use it for this course, please get in touch to find out more.
