Lorena is passionate about creating safe spaces for people to relax and reconnect deeply with their bodies and minds through meditation, breathwork and sound.Her sessions are calming, relaxing and nurturing, giving you an opportunity to explore yourself in a deeper level of consciousness. She uses gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drums, rain sticks and a whole array of sacred instruments, all perfectly tuned to send you into a state of pure bliss.

This session is for anyone seeking self care and nurturing. Honour yourself with some time for you. Cacao ceremonies and sound baths create an amazing opportunity to slow down and appreciate your body’s wisdom and ability to deeply relax. We will allow the magic of cacao to fill our bodies with warmth, open our heart space and connect us to our intuition and inner guidance. You will then be invited to surrender and journey on the vibrations of the sacred instruments to access a deeply relaxed state of being. The sacred sound bath will offer an opportunity for you to rest and digest the effects of cacao.Please bring: comfortable, warm clothing, lots of layers (extra socks, jumper, blanket, eye pillow etc. You want to be as warm and cosy as possible)What is Cacao?Cacao is a gentle and supportive plant medicine which helps to relax the body, open the heart space and balance the nervous system. A cacao ceremony is an opportunity to let go of anything heavy, set new intentions and create transformation.Cacao has been used for thousands of years in rituals and ceremonies and for medicinal purposes. It was used as a tool to journey deep within and connect with the spirit.Cacao is also an incredibly nourishing superfood with many health benefits. It is rich in nutrients including copper, zinc, iron and magnesium, and also contains dopamine, serotonin and anandamide which makes us feel happy and increases our sensations.What is a Sound Journey?Sound Healing is an amazing way to improve your sleep patterns, the energy flow within the body, your emotional wellbeing and much more.We will explore not only sound but also the silence within. All you need to do is allow yourself to be cocooned by the beautiful tones during this restorative journey.Note: Please avoid caffeinated drinks on the day of the event and avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before. Please contact the event organiser prior to booking if you are pregnant, suffer from any heart conditions or wear a hearing aid.The ceremonial cacao used is the Criollo variety sourced straight from The Ashaninka, Nomatsigenga and Farmers Located in Satipo in The Central Rainforest of Peru and is organic, vegan and sustainably sourced.
