In this workshop we will learn how to harness the Pranic/ chi life energy around us with the powerful practice of Chi kung and graceful movements of Tai Chi and laya yoga, as a means to nourish our body, raise our vibration and graceful expression our feminine energy. Energy is medicine - we will explore some simple, natural and ancient techniques to cultivate more health and happiness. Finishing with a relaxing and reconnecting Crystal sound bath healing..... and some inspiration from the cards.*We will have a selection of crystals for sale also. Chat, Cards and Chai - share some meaningful chat, insightful messages from the oracle cards, learning more about crystals and their uses over a delicious cuppa Chai. Crystal Vibration Meditation- Crystal sound bath healing. Bring your own crystals to the circle for a recharge and find out what crystals are right for your needs or chakra rebalancing. Chi Movement Meditation - beautiful graceful movement to awaken the goddess in you. The Taoist Tai Chi sequence is a fusion of contemporary and traditional slow and graceful meditative movements, designed to increase awareness, balance and raise your conscious vibration. Chi-Gong Medicine practice - Qi Gong translates to life energy cultivation. These Chinese developed Chi-Kung exercises and Laya yoga movements are strengthening and empowering which cultivate life force energy to promote healing and vitality.Share and energetically support - when women join together magical things happen.
