I am a certified life coach(AC), Breathspace Teacher, Master NLP (ANLP) &amp; Child/Adolescent psychotherapist(UKCP), facilitator in Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communities(CRE), Applied Neuro practitioner (ITS). I hold a PG certificate in Social Work, Social Science degree (BA)major in social policy, race &amp; gender. I set up Dynamic Life Coaching to continue my work within grassroots groups &amp; repurposed spaces here all felt safe to learn, experienced respect &amp; acceptance to create their own momentum for success &amp; happiness.

Issy Harvey - Vibrant Life:My experiences have shown me that much more is possible than we may sometimes believe. My life-long curiosity about human psychology began with my own journey through anxiety, addiction and low self-worth. I wanted to understand my choices and experiences and learn how to live with meaning, fun and energy. I wanted to share what I discovered and be a catalyst for others seeking positive change and self-acceptance.I am a registered hypnotherapist and integrative, person-centred psychotherapist. I am a certified life coach who empowers my clients to achieve their desired outcomes in life, work and business. I am a master practitioner and certified trainer in NLP (neuro linguistic programming). I combine evidence-based theories and techniques from a range of scientific and therapeutic fields to create accessible and understandable tools that can be applied by individuals, teams and organisations to improve outcomes, support well-being and create change. I hold three degrees, including a Bachelor of Sciences in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work. I have worked in many different professional roles and environments across my life. A constant thread throughout my different professional roles has been my passion for education and personal development, including a focus on positive, conscious parenting and family therapy. I am also qualified as a Practice Educator for trainee and newly qualified social workers. How we learn is connected to how we grow. I regularly run workshops on topics such as: Managing Anxiety; Reducing Stress; Dealing with Menopause; Positive Thinking; Growing Resilience; Empowerment; Effective Goal Setting; and Advanced Communication skills for professionals in the social care sector and beyond.I have always been an active trade unionist, a feminist and a socialist supporting campaigns and movements for progressive social justice, as I strongly believe in the value of community and in everyone’s right to access opportunities to live a great life and to contribute to the well-being of others. Coaching offers an empowering, strengths-based approach that can enable others to transform themselves, grow positively and live with joy and purpose. I love enabling people to get in touch with their own intuitive wisdom, sharing the knowledge I’ve learned along the way and witnessing them expand and flourish to live their most vibrant life now.
