<h1>Webinar: Bringing your people with you during transformation</h1>We know that many transformations don’t deliver what the initial business case promises. This is often because the organisation fails to do enough to engage their people about why the change(s) is/are necessary, particularly in not providing sufficient opportunities for people to work out what the changes mean for them. Speaker Howard Krais will share stories from his experiences of working on major transformations at different global businesses and will offer a view of how you can bring employees with you on the journey.

<h2>Bio</h2>Howard Krais is a leader in the communications world. At the beginning of 2023 he co-launched a new communications and engagement consultancy called ‘True’ building on over 25 years of working globally in senior corporate and agency roles.In his most recent corporate role at Johnson Matthey his work on AirTime, an innovative programme that built understanding and commitment to a major transformation was recognised externally as being “Best Communication of Change or Business Transformation” at the Internal Communication &amp; Engagement awards. Previously at GSK, Howard acted as communications business partner to the Group Chief Executive and led the communications team that was responsible for delivering major cultural change. At EY Howard led a global change communications team that supported major transformation as the firm globalised its ‘back office’ functions. Howard also has experience of working across a range of other sectors including financial services, retail, leisure and construction to name a few. In more recent years Howard has co-authored four ground-breaking reports on how organisations listen, with a book due for publication later in 2023. Howard spent two years as President of the UK chapter of the International Association of Business Communications (IABC).
