For over 25 years she has created and held workshops, courses and led retreats to sacred lands, facilitating deep and powerful transformational experiences for women allowing their real authentic self to emerge.  She also works online and 1:1 holding a safe and transformational space for women to gather, to share their voice, to heal and be nourished.Her purpose is bringing harmony and balance between the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine to bring love and sacred union within without. She specialises in ancestral healing, helping women to free themselves and their lineage of limiting patterns that block the realisation of their full potential.  She helps them reconnect with the natural rhythms of their Earth Mother and therefore their own intutive knowing. Welcome to our Drum Circle, &#x27;The Call of Eagle - Shamanic Power Drum Circle&#x27; at The Retreat New Forest.I will be holding a heartcentred space for men and women to come together in circle, to discover your own drum beat both within the circle and within your own life. Become one with the drum and discover your own rhythm and authentic expression.Feel safe to explore and express who you are as you are held in the oneness of the circle and the Great Mystery.This is a sacred circle that offers you a safe, non-judgemental space to heal, connect, nourish your connection to Spirit and our beloved Mother Earth, find clarity, guidance, comfort and feel empowered to follow your path of truth, whilst held in circle with your fellow brothers and sisters.I have been holding space for Women&#x27;s Shamanic Circles and women&#x27;s groups since 2000 and I am now being guided to spread my wings and offer a safe space for men and women to come together.Each month you will be invited to focus on: One of the Directions of the Medicine Wheel to deepen our connection with the Element and the Spirit Animal to aid our path through Life. As we move towards the end of April/beg of May we welcome the fiery passion of the Celtic Festival of Beltane that celebrates the peak of Spring. From here on we experience that surge of life force and abundance of fertility on all levels. We will invite our focus on the Direction of the South, of the Sun, the Element of Fire and the Spirit of Serpent for personal transformation and awakening our fires of passion to support our personal and spiritual growth. I work with the Munay Ki rites brought down through the Inca tradtions. I also work with the Celtic Wheel and celebrate the Festivals in alignment with the Equinox and Solstice. We will also be tuning into the Moon and Sun phases so we are in flow with the Universal rhythms.Come join our circle to support your sense of belonging, community and healing. The rhythmical beating of a drum is one of the oldest practices of humankind. The beat of the first drum perhaps reminded our distant ancestors of that very first rhythm we heard, the comforting heartbeat, of our deep connection to the body of our mother, and to Mother Earth herself. The Shamans in ancient times knew this and would use drumming to enter an altered state of consciousness to connect with Great Spirit to achieve greater heights of self-awareness and consciousness. When we drum or receive drumming, the sound helps our brainwaves shift from Beta to Alpha rhythm that connects us with a general feeling of relaxation and wellbeing. Alpha waves help us drop in to a more relaxed state of being, helping us to quieten the mind, return to the breath and reconnect with our natural body rhythm and inner wisdom. Drumming helps us come into rhythmic balance as it connects the neuro-pathways between our left and right hemispheres of our brain. It helps us let go of stress, reduce anxiety and release old energy that has become blocked in our body and energies allowing deep healing and transformation to take place. Neurologist Barry Bittman, M.D. led studies on the potential benefits of drumming. Results show that participating in drumming circles helps to fortify and increase natural killer T cells that fight cancer and viruses such as AIDS. As we connect and open to Great Spirit we also receive higher wisdom, inspiration and are offered new ways of dealing with life’s problems as we see them.
