Question 1

I can't make my chosen talk - will sessions be recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all talks are recorded and uploaded to YouTube. Recording links are emailed around to all ticket holders after the session ends (usually within 24 hours). You will be able to watch the recording as many times as you like.

Question 2

I don't have the meeting link - where can I find it?

Accepted Answer

CPD sessions are held on Microsoft Teams. Meeting links are emailed around to all ticket holders AFTER ticket sales have ended (24 hours before each talk). In the unusual event that you have not received an email containing the meeting link on the morning of the CPD session, email info@pkht.org.uk

Question 3

I won't be able to watch live - do I still get a certificate?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you are unable to watch the session live, please email info@pkht.org.uk after you have watched the recording and we will arrange a certificate to be sent to you.
