This introductory workshop offers a gentle and informative exploration of grief and bereavement. It will help participants understand what grief is, how it can show up in everyday life, and the many ways loss can affect an individual’s body, thoughts, behaviours, emotions, and relationships.
The session will also introduce different ways of understanding grief and provide practical strategies to help manage the impact of loss with greater compassion and awareness. There will be dedicated time at the end of the workshop for questions and discussion.

About the Facilitator
The workshop will be delivered by Linda Bower, an experienced psychotherapist at The Retreat Clinics. Linda entered the profession driven by a deep care for people and the challenges they face.
