Burton Road Events hosts regular community socials, networking events, singles nights, family events, creative writing workshops and guided journaling sessions across West Didsbury, Withington and South Manchester.Our events take place in independent Burton Road venues and are designed to help locals meet new people, feel connected and enjoy their neighbourhood. We host monthly socials to help you get to know other people in Manchester. These include Supper Clubs, Speed- Friending events and a number of ad hoc socials. Everyone feels lonely some of the time and these events are a great way to make new friends.

🍽️ We're very excited to be collaborating on the launch of Burton Road's newest venue: Santé. If you've yet to sample their amazing food and cocktails then now is your chance! If you've already explored this exciting new venue - then you'll know this is an event not to be missed.🌇 We're hosting this event in their beautifully designed blue and white restaurant which has a wonderful feeling of escapism - as if you've managed to step abroad into Greece through the floral display that separates their welcoming bar from the restaurant behind.🍲 Their head chef is curating a special menu for the evening - combining some of the dishes you'll be able to enjoy at Santé in the months to come, alongside unique dishes not normally available. The food is all designed to be shared, so you can try a range of dishes and meet new people in the process.🧁 After the savoury sharing course, there will be a light sweet course to finish (so make sure you leave some room!) 👩🏼‍🍳 You will have the opportunity to meet their chef and the amazing new managers, Ben &amp; Matt, who has brought such an exciting (and beautiful!) new venue to the road.🤝 As well as trying a range of new food, the event is designed to facilitate introductions and help you get to know more people in the local area. You are encouraged to come by yourself (although there is no obligation to do so) to make new friends and have interesting conversations over some great food.🛍️ You will also be able to take away a goodie bag filled with Burton Road treats to enjoy and get to know some of the other local businesses on the road even better.🥂 Drinks will be available to purchase on the evening.N.B.
