Heads Up Social Club 2023

Here at Heads Up Therapies, we recognise the importance of our clients having meaningful, fun activities to aid rehabilitation, so we created Heads Up Social Club. We aim to provide new and exciting opportunities and events throughout the year!

Occupational therapists, clients, case managers, support workers are invited to join us for a free Open Day taster session at Nephra Good Neighbours allotment to see what we do. O﻿ur theraputic gardening group provides a fantastic opportunity to:<ul><li>spend time in nature</li><li>m﻿eet and socialise with new people</li><li>l﻿earn new gardening skills</li><li>i﻿mprove mental and physical health</li><li>improve confidence and provide physical strength, endurance, and coordination.</li><li>c﻿reate feelings of accomplishment</li></ul>F﻿ollowing on from our free Open Day, our allotment group will run weekly, every Thursday 1-4pm, charged at £50 per session.
