AbstractMind Terms and Conditions. Please note in agreement with these terms. 1.AbstractMind is not responsible for external sounds from the venue. 2. AbstractMind is not responsible for snoring or noises created by others attending although we will do our best to stop the snorer. 3.AbstractMind asks for mobile phones to be switched off or to silent with vibrate settings switched off as this may disrupt the experience for all 4. We do not permit latecomers to enter the venue once the class has started. 5. These classes are not suitable if you are pregnant or if you have a pacemaker please do not book if this relates to you. 6. Cancellations or reschedules are not permitted. However, you can send a friend in your place. 7. Classes are for ages 14 to adults unless stated as a parent and child class. 8. We want you to feel comfortable so please provide your own blanket, cushion and anything else you need to keep comfy and warm. 9. AbstractMind may contact you using the contact details you have provided.10. Restrictions, these sessions are not available to:- •	Children under 14 or adults who have difficulty remaining quiet and still for the duration of the session.•	Pregnancy or trying to become pregnant. •	People diagnosed with or believe they are suffering from – Bipolar, Schizophrenia or multi-personality disorders •	People who have a Pacemaker or Defibrillator•	If you are suffering from cancer or terminal illness

Before the event:-

If you have any special requirements or requests, especially relating to access and facility eg; require a chair as not able to lie on the floor/ wheelchair access or additional space required. Please email us directly at- Jayne@abstractmind.co.uk

On the evening;-

Please arrive just before the start time and wait to be received. (7.25pm)

We can not allow entry after the session has started.

Wear comfortable clothing

Bring along:- a Blanket, Pillow and a Bottle of Water

When your body is fully relaxed your temperature will drop slightly, so it is important to bring a blanket

Pillows can be used under your head and to support your legs by placing a pillow behind or between your knees, this will help relieve any discomfort in your back.

it is important to stay hydrated after a session and helps to flush out impurities from your body

After the session:-

It is important that you are fully in the present before leaving the venue

Due to venue time restrictions, we will need to pack away our equipment as soon as the session is completed However we would like you to use this time to sit in silence and reflect on your journey or ask any questions you may have relating to your experience. We are more than happy to talk and pack away at the same time. It is important to us that you do not feel rushed in any way and have any questions or insight you would like to share respond to.
