RCS offer wellbeing support and training aimed at helping employers build happier, healthier workplaces. If you’re an SME (fewer than 250 full time equivalent employees) based in North, West and South West Wales who hasn't trained with us before, you may eligible for these courses free of charge. Email wellbeing@rcs-wales.co.uk to check your eligibility. We are currently seeking specialist providers to join our supplier framework throughout Wales. Subject to contract award expected late March

<h3><em>PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY IS SUBJECT TO RCS RECIEVING A CONTRACT AWARD FROM WELSH GOVERNMENT TO DELIVER THE IN WORK SUPPORT SERVICE. THE AWARD IS EXPECTED TO BE MADE EARLY MARCH 2023.</em></h3><h3>RCS delivers personalised support, training and therapies to help people and businesses across Wales improve their wellbeing for work. An award-winning not-for-profit company, we pride ourselves on delivering quality services that transform thousands of lives every year.</h3><h3>RCS successfully delivered the IWSS in North Wales between 2015 and 2022, supporting 7764 employed and self-employed people to improve their wellbeing at work.  RCS has now submitted a tender to deliver the IWS continuation service in a number of areas across Wales.</h3><h3>We are currently seeking specialist providers to join our supplier framework.
