We’ve been working with the best local, regional and national artists to ensure our programme really engages, enthuses, entertains and educates the 100,000 people living in our wards.

Pewter and Jewellery Course (6 weeks)Tuesdays 1-3pm28 February - 4 April 2023Broadway Community Centre, Cortina Ave, Sunderland SR4 8LPJoin silversmith Kate to learn how to emboss metal and create your own unique wearable jewellery.You will learn a number of techniques including wireworking, beading, and embossing metal and use a range of materials, including, wire, wood, leather and pewter.Courses suitable for beginners upwards. Suitable for over 16's.Due to the funding we receive, these workshops are for people living in Sunderland only.These workshops are offered by The Cultural Spring and funded by Sunderland City Council, Warm Spaces, CLLD and ESIF with further subsidy from Arts Council England.If you have any questions, please contact info@theculturalspring.org.uk
