With experience in delivering on a 1-2-1 basis and group sessions to the team and corporate, Mika has rich experience in bringing harmony to individuals and groups that require clarity to go through challenges. "Sound is everything. It is all of life, that which is moving or vibrating, from the smallest particle to the entire cosmos." said Mika. Join the sound journey led by Mika in our first event's Mindful moment section and explore the founding journey of his practice driven by love, care and harmony. What is Sound Healing?<ul><li>Sound healing is the procedure in which the human body can be restored to health and well being by the exposure of precise resonant frequency (sound vibrations) into the corresponding part of the body that is currently ill or "out of balance".</li><li>When the resonant frequency (sound vibration) is exposed into the area of interest the body cells are restored to its natural state.</li><li>The vibrations can be emitted in a variety of ways including therapeutic instruments like Himalayan singing bowls, Gongs, Tuning forks, Shamanic Instruments, electronic devices as well as the human voice. </li></ul>

_﻿__________________________☯︎ 01 Mindful MomentEvery month, we will invite one mental-health-related practitioner or company to come and deliver a talk or a taster session of their services in any form to help attendees relax and build up connections internally and externally. It also allows attendees to explore mental health and well-being opportunities. In March, we delight in welcoming Khalil Rener, Director and Wellbeing Consultant at Rener Wellbeing. He is also Workplace Movement Manager at Active Partnerships, Healthy Workplace Award Verifier at Greater London Authority. He is going to join us to share his journey of being an entrepreneur focusing on mental health and well-being, where he got his inspiration, what he learned from his previous experience in Ruby and sport coaching and brought to the business, what pushed him to progress, how he overcomes the challenge and making organisations and individuals happier, healthier and more productive through wellbeing....And most importantly, explore the myth of the connection between well-being and success through fact and data. M﻿ore about Khalil:Loughborough University: Khalil completed his BSc (Hons) Sports and Exercise Science and MSc Sports Management (Distinction) at Loughborough University (#1 university for sports related subjects globally). Amongst other achievements, Khalil played for their 1st Rugby League Team.Dissertations: Khalil focused his undergraduate dissertation on the barriers and enablers to physical activity in business executives who travel frequently. For his masters degree he built on his undergraduate research by developing bespoke frameworks to support the executives to sustainably improve their levels of physical activity. This has informed Rener Wellbeing&#x27;s approach to wellbeing support. Coaching and Sports Development: Khalil has over10 years of coaching experience in different contexts. He coached rugby for Leicester Tigers&#x27; Community Team for over three years whilst at university. As the Rugby Coordinator for Loughborough University Coach Academy, he trained over 60 rugby and netball coaches to develop their coaching skills and volunteered as a coach in local schools and clubs. At Oxford International (education provider) Khalil recruited and trained over 400 activity staff for their Easter and Summer British Council accredited language camps for international students. Khalil was also Camp Director, at Oundle School over Easter and Goldsmiths University over summer for Oxford International. He led a management team of five, who in turn managed 25 activity and teaching staff. As a Camp Director, Khalil put a lot of emphasis on ensuring his team were enabled to look after their wellbeing. Khalil also worked on several sports development projects across the UK, France, Zambia, Dubai, Germany and Tajikistan.Consulting and Advisory: Khalil worked as Employee One for SkillsGym (a business education start-up) where he mainly helped to run business consulting and coaching sessions for clients such as Dallaglio Rugbyworks (a charity running skills development programmes), Reload Greece (a start-up accelerator for Greek start-ups), and Soho Works (an international network of workspaces by Soho House). He also worked with CEB, now Gartner, (a best practice insights firm). He engaged with CFOs from middle market organisations by analysing their current and upcoming financial needs and thus offering to support them with CEB&#x27;s best practice solutions. Rener Wellbeing Ltd.: He has since founded Rener Wellbeing Ltd. and is currently the Director and a Wellbeing Consultant.

_﻿__________________________✦ 02 Growth Substance Every month, we invite one guest speaker to share their ideas and experience on growing a business with sustainability at its core or incorporating sustainability into business to strengthen resilience, connect with customers, and communicate their purpose and message. In March, we are excited to have Christian Arno, Exited Founder Lingo24 (2021), Founder/CEO at Pawprint and Angel Investor at Ventures Together. We will explore how he realised his purpose and bring it to his entrepreneurial journey and the founding story of Pawprint, one of the most known tech startups developing in Scotland that have attracted substantial investment and love with its unique proposition and mission to save our planet. We will also hear about his idea and opinion on the future of Tech for good and how it will transform business.M﻿ore about Christian:Christian is Founder/CEO of Pawprint. Pawprint empowers people to fight climate change, and does that through a platform for engaging employees in climate action in a fun, team-y way. Pawprint is a mobile-first B2B SAAS proposition that helps businesses and their people to move faster on climate action both personally and at work. As of December 2022, it has &gt;50 customers including Tesco Bank, Royal London, innocent drinks and abrdn; raised ~£3m from Angel investors and crowdfunding; and built a strong team of successful entrepreneurs and ex-unicorn execs to play its part in humanity&#x27;s greatest challenge. It is advised by Mike Berners-Lee, the global carbon foot-printing expert and author of &#x27;How Bad Are Bananas?&#x27; and Tom Sermon, CRO and President, International at Virgin Pulse among others!The first business Christian founded was the global tech-enabled translation company, Lingo24. He drove fast growth in that business for almost 20 years until its sale to Unbabel, a translation business which has raised over $90m from VC investors including Point72, e.ventures, Greycroft and Notion Capital. Angel investments are almost all managed through Ventures Together - please accept my apologies but I&#x27;m not always able to respond to all requests for investment support and introductions.

We like the idea of the eye looking out to sea, to the future. A modernist gesture.Since launching our first two beers in 2019 we've made waves with bold new beer releases such as our Single Hop Series and Double Dry Hop Series as we look to keep innovating, educating and pushing the boundaries.Our small but mighty team has continued to grow as has the demand for quality alcohol free beers. We are now widely available in independent stores and online retailers throughout the UK as well as proudly exporting our beer to seven countries.It's been an exciting start to our adventure into the brave new world of alcohol free craft beer and we’re only just getting started.
