Join Carly on Easter Sunday morning for a sound journey to illuminate your inner wisdom and connect to your creative essence.

J﻿oin Carly at the beautiful &amp; peaceful Space to Move for a nourishing restful morning. Our time together will include:<ul><li>Pranayama (breathing practices) to centre, bring your full self into presence, and regulate your nervous system.</li><li>Sharing circle to connect to one another and make hold space for your intentions to be witnessed compassionately.</li><li>Oracle cards to tune into your intuition, invite reflection and spark curiosity</li><li>Rest in healing vibrations and frequencies of the sound journey in which Carly will play a range of instruments including Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, sun gong, drums, shruti box, and percussion. The sounds invite your system to soften, and encourage you into a meditative state, that encourages your body’s natural healing capacity to activate, and illuminate your unconscious.</li><li>Silence to integrate and receive an energetic check in with Reiki.</li></ul>

A﻿bout your hostCarly Seller is an artist, creative facilitator, and healing sound &amp; energy practitioner based in Plymouth. Her souls purpose is to connect curious souls to their inner wisdom and creative essence through sound healing, reiki, yoga, and creativity. Weaving together these different modalities, she creates playful and restful experiences that offer space for self-inquiry and expression.
