<blockquote>Date and time: Sunday 2nd April, 9.30-11.30am</blockquote><blockquote>Location: HFT, Sussex Orchards, Freeman Close, Walberton</blockquote><blockquote>Age range: Parent/carer and child session for ages 18m to 8 years. Parents/carers and children aged under 18 months attend for free when accompanied by a paying sibling. </blockquote><blockquote>The fun to be had....?</blockquote><blockquote>Peter Rabbit has been causing mayhem in our woods!! Whilst we have been planning our fun activities a very mischievous Peter rabbit has hidden our vegetable ingredients for our soup around the woodlands! Can you help us find them before he and his friends eat them all! </blockquote><blockquote>Here are some of the fun activities on offer throughout our morning:</blockquote><ul><li>Help prepare our vegetable ingredients for our campfire soup. </li><li>Saw a piece of wood to make into a log bunny!</li><li>Make an animal character mask.</li><li>Enjoy a hot chocolate around the campfire</li><li>Make a mud soup in our mud kitchen area</li><li>Whittle a stick to toast a marshmallow over our fire</li></ul><blockquote>When you have finished making, why not spend some time exploring and playing in the woods, bug hunt, relax in the hammock, have a go on the rope swing or maybe build a den fit for a mischievous rabbit!!</blockquote><blockquote>I am sure all this fun will be making you feel hungry, so whilst you listen to a Peter Rabbit story why not try some of the vegetable soup that has been cooking over our fire. Maybe your grown up would like to try some too! </blockquote><blockquote>Our session would not be complete without an Easter Egg hunt in our Orchard, before its time to go home all worn out.</blockquote><blockquote>Price: £15.00 per child, includes all craft items to take home, drink, marshmallows, chocolate Easter Egg and cooking activity.</blockquote><blockquote>Parents and children under 18 months attend for free when accompanied by a full paying child.</blockquote>FAQ&#x27;sWhat to bring along and wear:<ul><li>A cup for yourself and your child as we will be offering self service hot drinks for adults and hot chocolate for children.</li><li>Any snacks for your child that you would like to bring along.</li><li>Weather appropriate clothes and footwear for farm and outdoor environments.</li></ul>My child has food allergies: There is a section on the order form to complete with any food allergies. If you would like to discuss any food allergies or other requirements further please do get in touch.Cancellation and refund policy: If in the unfortunate event we are unable to run the session due to unforeseen circumstances we will issue everyone with a full a refund or credit note. If you are unable to attend for any reason, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. Please note that tickets are non transferable. What happens if the weather is bad? We will continue the session in most weathers and have a parachute cover over the fire circle if needed and tarpaulin shelters to use too. In extreme weather and for safety reasons we will cancel the session and offer a credit note or refund.Where is HFT, Sussex Orchards? Our woodlands is situated at HFT, Sussex Orchards, which is located off Eastegate Lane, near Fontwell. We will email everyone closer to the time with directions and What3Words location. What are the facilities? The woodlands we use is a private woodlands within the HFT site. Within the woodlands we have a composting toilet and a mobile hand washing station. There is also onsite free parking.Your information and how we use it: At time of booking we require some information about you and your child, for example allergies, alternative needs or special requirements, first aid, email and emergency contact phone number. This information is only kept for the duration of the course or event and your contact number will only be used by us in the event of an emergency arising with your child or if we need to contact attendees prior to the event to give extra information. If you consent for us to use your email to contact about future events, this will only be used by Woodland Wonders (we do not pass these details onto any other 3rd party) and will be used only to send details of other events run by Woodland Wonders that we think you may be interested in. If you consent for photos to be used, these will only be used for our Facebook page, website and promotional purposes only and are not passed onto anyone else.
