It can also help you gain clarity when making decisions or seek guidance when you're looking for something more from life.The class theme changes weekly and each meditation is designed especially. Some meditations are based on more traditional spiritual practices and some have a scientific flair to help you activate your true potential. All meditations offer a huge benefit in supporting you as you move throughout life.Meditation and connection to Self is one of the most powerful tools we have available to us in this human experience. Be that mindful meditation, used to calm the mind and give inner peace. Guided meditations and visualisations to bring about an exciting new future. Silent meditations (Vipassana) for self-discovery. Some meditations can align your energy centres (chakras) and induce healing of physical illnesses and some can reprogram your subconscious mind to eliminate limiting beliefs. This experience inspired her to train as a meditation teacher for her own self-discovery but also to bring this magic to others as well and help people live the life they were destined to. Roseanna will often attend different trainings and retreats to discover more depth within her Self and so she can share this with the world.
