Join Roseanna Croft, certified meditation master and spiritual life coach at Grace Hill Studios in Folkestone, Kent (or on Zoom) for magical meditation classes designed to support you in living the life you deserve and desire. If you're feeling stressed, experiencing physical illness or perhaps facing a big change in life then meditation can help. It can also help you gain clarity when making decisions or seek guidance when you're looking for something more from life. The class theme changes weekly and each meditation is designed especially. Some meditations are based on more traditional spiritual practices and some have a scientific flair to help you activate your true potential. All meditations offer a huge benefit in supporting you as you move throughout life.Meditation and connection to Self is one of the most powerful tools we have available to us in this human experience. Be that mindful meditation, used to calm the mind and give inner peace. Guided meditations and visualisations to bring about an exciting new future. Silent meditations (Vipassana) for self-discovery. Some meditations can align your energy centres (chakras) and induce healing of physical illnesses and some can reprogram your subconscious mind to eliminate limiting beliefs. (See below benefits of a regular meditation practice.)Each meditation class is a mixture of the above with a focus on your connection to the Universe and your own higher power. __________________________________Benefits of Regular Meditation Practice:

calm abiding mind

inner peace

an open heart (feelings of unconditional love)

more joy in your life

better physical, mental and emotional health

seeing shyncronicities and miracles in your life

connection with the divine and your higher Self

deeper gratitude for life and all its experiences

__________________________________Roseanna is trained in traditional, spiritual meditation practices as well as more scientific and has been practicing meditation herself daily over the last 5 years. Roseanna started meditation to help calm her mind, this grew into self-discovery and more recently she used meditation to help aid her cancer recovery and saw miracles happen on this journey. This experience inspired her to train as a meditation teacher for her own self-discovery but also to bring this magic to others as well and help people live the life they were destined to. Roseanna will often attend different trainings and retreats to discover more depth within her Self and so she can share this with the world. She has completed trainings by Dr Joe Dispenza, Master Dev OM and many others.____________________________________Listen to her free online meditations.Connect with Roseanna on Instagram.Listen to The Mandala Effect PodcastLearn about spiritual life coaching with Roseanna.
