Norfolk Record Office (NRO) collects and preserves unique archives relating to the history of Norfolk and makes them accessible to people all over the world.The events listed here are run from our base at The Archive Centre, Martineau Lane, Norwich.   Free parking is available at County Hall for Archive Centre users. As thoughts turn to heading off abroad, having a staycation, or hiring a little cottage with friends it is great to see what summer holidays were like in the past. Join us to find out about the experiences of Norfolk citizens travelling for their holidays, along with those choosing to holiday in this county.
