One Garden Brighton is an indoor and outdoor flexible venue with a rich and diverse range of events, shaped by our passion to educate and host for our local community.From intimate parties and live music evenings to markets and workshops showcasing the best of Brighton's local producers and creators, we host and procure an exciting mix of events curated for our visitors.

One Garden Brighton

What a perfect way to enjoy an evening at One Garden!
The workshop starts with a tasting of the award winning local Plumpton wines, introduced by one of the wine-makers or resident connoisseurs. Then with a delicious glass by your side, Seana will demonstrate this fantastic new print-making process, printing directly from leaves and grasses.
Then you will be let loose with scissors for a browse of the garden and a bit of artistic snipping, foraging for the leaves and grasses that you will print.

Each of you will have your own gelli-plate, roller and access to a full spectrum of acrylic paints to let your imagination run wild.
The results are as beautiful as the leaves themselves, and it is a lovely means to connect with and express this stunning garden. And a few sips of the lovely wines will help quiet that pesky inner critic, open your artist&#x27;s eye and let your creative juices flow .
We will break half way through for another tasting, and then continue printing even more relaxed and joyful.
It&#x27;s impossible to make a mistake with gelli-printing. It&#x27;s all about the process.... We embrace this great maxim From the Best Exotic Marigold Hotel .&quot;It will all be all right in the end, and if it isn&#x27;t all right, it isn&#x27;t the end!&quot;
All materials are provided and all abilities are welcome. 
Absolutely no experience necessary. Limited to 12 artists and tasters.
