With Paul Fitzgerald, Graphic Artist and Writer.Join graphic novelist and cartoonist Polyp (author of Peterloo and PAINE) to collectively explore the surprising facts about Manchester’s vivid history of political, social, scientific and technological achievements. Despite relative youth, it’s a city that has always punchec well above its weight, as if it lies on a rumbling underground faultline of radical creativity, always ready to shake the world. Your facts and stories will be a very welcome part of the event!Polyp (Paul Fitzgerald) is a full-time political cartoonist. He is the author and illustrator of Speechless (a wordless world history), The Co-operative Revolution , Little Worm’s Big Question and ‘Paine: A Fantastical Visual Biography’, a new graphic novel about the life of a radical free thinker.

DonationThe event is free of charge but as a small charity we welcome your donations as your help will enable us to continue our work in these difficult times. Suggested donations from £3.00 - £10.00. All donations gratefully received. Thank you.
