Hereford &amp; Worcestershire Fundraisers Meet up - ** Please note, this event is an in person event! **H﻿ear from the wonderful Nikki Wrench, from the RNLI, talking about - Happiness Matters - How gratitude can be the key to a happier, healthier life.It is scientifically proven that Gratitude is one of the most reliable methods for increasing happiness and life satisfaction. It reduces anxiety and depression, helps us to sleep and can strengthen our relationships. And best of all, it’s free! In this session, Nikki will share some of the research that’s been done and give you some practical tips for how you can practice gratitude and have it become a part of your daily routine, without it being a chore. A bit about Nikki...Nikki has been volunteering &amp; working in the charity sector for over 20 years, something she became passionate about after being diagnosed with Leukaemia when she was 15 years old. Having worked at The Donna Louise Children’s Hospice and Make-A-Wish UK, Nikki is now the Community Manager at the RNLI, supporting over 800 volunteers and crew. Nikki is passionate about wellbeing and became a Certified Happiness Facilitator so that she could support others to live happier, healthier lives.
