FLVC is the umbrella and support organisation for over 1200 voluntary and community groups based in Flintshire.Our visionA strong, sustainable and effective voluntary and community sector, involving and serving Flintshire people.Our missionTo support, develop and promote voluntary and community activity in Flintshire and to strenghten the capacity of voluntary and community groups to contribute to the quality of lige of Flintshire people and communities.

The Arts Council of Wales&#x27; Noson Allan/Night Out scheme helps groups of volunteers across Wales bring the arts to the heart of their communities. 
Community groups (known as Promoters) can choose from a huge range of great professional performers and put them on in community or village halls and other non traditional venues across the country.
Find out about the various Arts Council Wales grants for organisations. Currently open are: 
•	Creative Steps for Organisations: support individuals and organisations who have experienced barriers to accessing our funding. 
•	Create: funds the development and creation of high-quality arts experiences that help creative individuals and organisations engage with and connect to the public.
•	Arts, Health &amp; Wellbeing Lottery funding: Partnership projects supporting high-quality creative projects that deliver health and wellbeing benefits for the people of Wales.
