Microgreens and edible flowers can be used to spice up a salad, take a cake to the next level or simply add some extra nutrition to your sandwich.Shannon Keary is a passionate grower from Devon who discovered gardening after being given an allotment out-of-the-blue for Christmas in 2018. Four years later, she has launched a successful podcast, runs workshops across North Devon inspiring young people to get growing and runs the @diaryofaladygardener Instagram account.You'll get the opportunity to try some tasty new things and take your own microgreens kit home to grow on your windowsill. B﻿e prepared for a practical, fun, informal interactive workshop &amp; ask plenty of questions!S﻿uitable for everyone from young adults upwards.
