<h3>You&#x27;re invited to join an informal, relaxed hour of reflection. A form of &#x27;sangha&#x27; for journalers.</h3><h3><strong>Journaling gives you time for personal, private reflection. These Gatherings give you connection with others who love to do the same.</strong></h3><h3>What will we do?</h3><p>Beginning with a relaxation practice, we then open the discussion to explore anything and everything that may be useful in your personal journaling experience: what&#x27;s come up for you in your journaling, what can get in the way of journaling, what can help you journal...</p><p>There&#x27;s no need to speak if you don&#x27;t feel ready on the day. This is a safe space, to use in whatever way feels best for you. So, if you&#x27;re feeling quiet and would simply love to listen, that&#x27;s ok. And if you&#x27;ve something you&#x27;d love to share, then that&#x27;s wonderful too.</p><h3>W﻿ho guides the gathering?</h3><p>H﻿enny is an author, coach and retreat guide and the creator of the <a href="https://www.hennyflynn.co.uk/journaling-quest" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"><strong>Journaling Quests</strong></a>. Using carefully designed prompts the Quests guide you through an exploration of different themes - seeing what they each mean to you.</p><p>Journaling has helped Henny make sense of many aspects of her own life - and it&#x27;s helped her make and manage many changes too.</p><p>Now, she shares her writings. They have become books, meditations and podcast episodes. And she continues to write privately too.</p><p>A tool she often recommends to her coaching clients, she sees journaling as one of our most powerful means of creating a deeper connection with our true Selves.</p><h3>W﻿hy gather together?</h3><p>As humans, we are pack animals. We are wired to benefit from the company of others. And as James Clear, author of Atomic Habits, writes:<em>The key, if you want to build habits that last, is to join a group where the desired behaviour is the normal behaviour.</em></p><p>If you&#x27;re curious about journaling.
