What is HD Soup all about?

For a donation of just £5 (payable by cash only on entry), you will receive a &#x27;soup supper&#x27;, a networking opportunity - and one voting token!

During the evening, 3 &#x27;not for profit&#x27; organisations will each make a 3 minute pitch, hoping to get your support for their project or activities! You then get one chance to use your token to place your vote - with the winner receiving all the £5 contributions taken on the door - plus any proceeds from raffles and any other fundraising initiatives on the evening.

*Contributions for additional drinks purchased will be donated to Hive CIC who are preparing and serving all refreshments.

Wednesday April 19th 2023 , 5.30pm - 7.30pm (*note new start time)

Hive Community Cafe 46 John William Street, Huddersfield, HD1 1ER (St Georges Square)

Booking in advance is ESSENTIAL. Please DO NOT just turn up on the evening, we wont be able to let you in and that will make us very sad!

All soup will be vegetarian and gluten free

Organisations are eligible to apply to pitch if they are based within South Kirklees

To apply for a pitch or to sponsor a future event or donate a raffle prize - please contact hd_soup@hivecommunity.org.uk for further details - Applications must be in by midnight on the 15th April

3 x 3 x 3

- Each pitch will be 3 minutes long

- 3 organisations will be pitching

- The audience will be able to ask a total of 3 questions after each pitch

We will also have opportunities for 3 lucky members of the audience to offer the organising committee a £3 bribe, and get themselves a one minute slot to promote what they do!
