Recently got a job and you're convinced they made the wrong hire? Asked to deliver a talk and questioned your eligibility? Have a tendency to downplay your achievements?F﻿irstly, we want to start by saying that if you've experienced imposter syndrome you're not alone. <a href="https://yougov.co.uk/topics/society/articles-reports/2022/06/07/how-many-britons-display-signs-impostor-syndrome" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Research shows </a>that many of us experience this, with higher numbers in women and even more when we focus on <a href="https://www.bbc.com/worklife/article/20200724-why-imposter-syndrome-hits-women-and-women-of-colour-harder" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Black women</a>. That's why this event is designed to be a safe space for Black and Black Mixed Women or Non-Binary, to come together and talk about navigating imposter syndrome and setting boundaries.This session is for anyone who wants to figure out how imposter syndrome may impact them in and outside of the work place and learn useful tools to overcome it. We will also be equipping you with how to set boundaries with yourself and with others.T﻿his event is free.By the end of this session, attendees will:• Identify key signs of ‘imposter syndrome’ and know how to manage it better and show up more confident • Be more confident with setting boundaries _﻿___T﻿his event is brought to you by Dope Black Women with support from <a href="https://www.insideoutwellbeing.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Inside Out Well-Being</a> a not-for-profit social enterprise committed to helping you improve your mental health and wellbeing.

Tiwalola Ogunlesi is a Confidence Coach specialising in positive psychology, international speaker, podcast host, author and founder of Confident and Killing It.

Our carefully created panel are full of industry experts who will be open to questions at the end of the session. Celine - Founder of Celutions UK. Celutions is a social enterprise that is dedicated to creating solutions to the problems surrounding mental health. Shevonne Williams is the founder of Sakura Well-being and Eni is a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist.
