Spit it Out are bringing together an incredible programme of Workshops, Talks, Exhibitions, Screenings and Live Performances focusing on how we discuss and create around the topics of consent, identity, mental health and transformative justice.

In this online workshop, explore your breath and inner resources for increased emotional and physical well-being.Our breath is not only the foundation on which our lives are built but when consciously applied, it is a great vehicle for self-empowerment that enables better health, greater awareness of ourselves and a deeper sense of connection. Join Zoe as she guides you through a meditative breath workshop and instils a motion of calm. Online16+ | Not suitable for anyone with heart disease, severe mental health disorders, epilepsy or any type of seizure, severe asthma or diabetes.Pay As You Can Spaces are limited so please only book a ticket if you can make it.
