J﻿oin Carly at the beautiful &amp; peaceful Space to Move for a nourishing, restful morning. Our time together will include:<ul><li>Pranayama (breathing practices) to centre, bring your full self into presence, and regulate your nervous system.</li><li>Sharing circle to connect to one another and make hold space for your intentions to be witnessed compassionately.</li><li>Oracle cards to tune into your intuition, invite reflection and spark curiosity</li><li>Rest in healing vibrations and frequencies of the sound journey in which Carly will play a range of instruments including Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, sun gong, drums, shruti box, and percussion. The sounds invite your system to soften, and encourage you into a meditative state, that encourages your body’s natural healing capacity to activate, and illuminate your unconscious.</li><li>Silence to integrate and receive an energetic check in with Reiki.</li></ul>I﻿&#x27;m offering 2 pay what you can donation-based spaces for those in financial need.
