John Roff Ridgard Producer (BMG Production Music) Role:Curates and creates albums for use in TV, Film, Advertising and Games. It’s a super creative role that sits somewhere between a standard music producer and an A&R personBrian MahoneyH﻿ead of A&R (Kassner Music)Role:Since his appointment in March 2020 ,Brian has helped develop the active roster, working closely with their sub-publishers and signing and developing writers with cuts with Becky Hill, Ella Henderson, BROCKHAMPTON, All Time Low, Take That, Goddard, The Waterboys, Shane Codd, Tom Walker, Hybrid Minds and amongst others. He also works with British rock group Reef and Busted member and solo artist Charlie Simpson.A&R Sessions - What are they?The A&R sessions are conversational interviews with some of the biggest Artists/Producers/A&R Scouts/Publishers/Labels/Managers in the Music Industry. Hosted in front of a live audience, they are a nurturing and positive space to receive feedback on your music from professionals working commercially within the music industry. It’s a must-attend for anyone wishing to pursue a career in music behind the scenes or center stage. Attendees will receive an eventbrite email before the event with a google form to submit their music for feedback. On the night, attendees are entered into a draw where we listen to around twenty songs every session!T﻿ileyard Education Spotify Playlist - NEW for 2023By submitting your tracks for playback, you will also be entered into our monthly competition where ten tracks are selected to join the official Tileyard Education Spotify Playlist.
