Spit it Out are bringing together an incredible programme of Workshops, Talks, Exhibitions, Screenings and Live Performances focusing on how we discuss and create around the topics of consent, identity, mental health and transformative justice.

Savannah (BSc Hons Applied Psychology) will guide you through the science behind emotional heightening that leads to feeling triggered or experiencing anxiety in seemingly normal activities. A proven method of grounding or calming yourself in these situations is to have a token on hand that provides feelings of calm and security. You will find out what your ruling sense-response type is to determine what form of token will have the most impact on you personally.
