Sonraya Grace is a successful local business woman with a passion to empower women to experience their true magnificence.  She is as an Intuitive Channel for Multi-dimensional Healing, Spiritual Teacher of personal and spiritual empowerment and published Author.She is a highly skilled facilitator, 'lightworker' and creative entrepreneur, intuitive channel, wise woman and keeper of sacred Earth wisdom.  For over 25 years she has created and held workshops, courses and led retreats to sacred lands, facilitating deep and powerful transformational experiences for women allowing their real authentic self to emerge.  She also works online and 1:1 holding a safe and transformational space for women to gather, to share their voice, to heal and be nourished.Her purpose is bringing harmony and balance between the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine to bring love and sacred union within without. She specialises in ancestral healing, helping women to free themselves and their lineage of limiting patterns that block the realisation of their full potential.  She helps them reconnect with the natural rhythms of their Earth Mother and therefore their own intutive knowing.  She acts as a bridge between the higher cosmic realms and the earth, helping us to anchor and embody our soul light.Sonraya's leads women's circles at The Retreat New Forest.  She also offers online transformational healing workshops and Retreats to sacred lands, including Glastonbury, Somerset, Tintagel and Ireland.  She offers 1:1 sessions to heal and transform traumatic experiences, release anxiety and develop inner strength and resilience for our changing times, helping us rise up and feel empowered to follow our soul's calling.She is a published author with Unbound Press, her first book 'Mother Earth is Calling You - Winter Wisdom' was birthed in Dec 2022 and is writing her second book. The Spring Equinox signalled a time of rebirth and a pause to bring balance to our lives. We will take some time to reflect on where we are in our sacred circle and discover how we are moving with these energies.Come join our sister circle to support this important phase and be held. The rhythmical beating of a drum is one of the oldest practices of humankind. The beat of the first drum perhaps reminded our distant ancestors of that very first rhythm we heard, the comforting heartbeat, of our deep connection to the body of our mother, and to Earth itself. The Shamans in ancient times knew this and would use drumming to enter an altered state of consciousness to connect with Great Spirit to achieve greater heights of self-awareness and consciousness. When we drum or receive drumming, the sound helps our brainwaves shift from Beta to Alpha rhythm that connects us with a general feeling of relaxation and wellbeing. Alpha waves help us drop in to a more relaxed state of being, helping us to quieten the mind, return to the breath and reconnect with our natural body rhythm and inner wisdom. Drumming helps us come in to rhythmic balance as it connects the neuro-pathways between our left and right hemispheres of our brain. It helps us let go of stress, reduce anxiety and release old energy that has become blocked in our body and energies allowing deep healing and transformation to take place. Neurologist Barry Bittman, M.D. led studies on the potential benefits of drumming. Results show that participating in drumming circles helps to fortify and increase natural killer T cells that fight cancer and viruses such as AIDS. As we connect and open to Great Spirit we also receive higher wisdom, inspiration and are offered new ways of dealing with life’s problems as we see them. Alternatively, there is a Public Car park the entrance to which runs alongside the Church.What to Bring:<ul><li>Please bring something to lay on and a blanket and cushion so you feel comfortable</li><li>You may wish to bring an eye mask to support going deeper into your shamanic journey.</li><li>Water (it is important to stay hydrated)</li><li>A drum and/or rattle if you have one. </li><li>I have two spare drums and spare rattles that you are welcome to borrow for the evening. </li><li>Any personal crystals, talismen objects of power that you wish to place in the sacred space to absorb the energies of the evening.</li></ul>REFUNDSIf I have to cancel the event, you will receive either a full refund (excluding eventbrite fees) or I can transfer your booking towards the next Event in 2022 held in Poole. In the event of you deciding to cancel your booking, as long as I receive this in writing up to 48 hours prior to the event you can receive a refund via Eventbrite (Eventbrite fees are non-refundable).
