Spit it Out are bringing together an incredible programme of Workshops, Talks, Exhibitions, Screenings and Live Performances focusing on how we discuss and create around the topics of consent, identity, mental health and transformative justice.

Cradle Community Cradle Community is an abolitionist collective of facilitators, organisers and artists based in the UK, making space for curiosity, compassion and creativity. In their mission to build a world with transformative justice responses to violence, they are dedicated to developing the skills we need to support radical approaches to collective care and healing in our communities. In 2021, Cradle released their first book with Hajar Press, Brick by Brick: How We Build a World Without Prisons.Together with Cradle Community, you will be exploring a key skill in building accountable communities, bystander intervention.
