W﻿elcome to my nature-inspired online workshop series! Each month I focus on a different topic to support your personal development as a leader or business owner. Being close to nature really does help you think, so I love to bring a touch of nature into these online sessions. The topic for this month's workshop is: "Connecting to your Core Values".Your core values sum up what truly matters to you. When things are aligned to your values, you feel grounded, motivated and fulfilled. A deeper understanding of your core values can support you to make difficult decisions, deal with conflict, stand your ground, and generally feel more confident as a leader or business owner.Thinking more longer term, it can support you to make more confident choices about your career path.The workshop will help you to:- Identify and understand what's at the heart of your fulfilment in life and work - your core values- Explore what you need to feel more aligned to your values in your work- Create an action plan to get things movingPre-work:To get the most from this workshop, you're invited to take a short walk at a time that suits you prior to the workshop. You'll be given a specific question to reflect on! Instructions will be sent once you have registered.Who am I ?I'm Heather, a career &amp; leadership coach who brings my senior leadership background, coaching skills and love of the outdoors together to help my clients. I take corporate leaders and business owners outdoors and close to nature to help reduce overwhelm, connect to what’s truly important to them and gain clarity on their next steps.
