Come join like minded souls for a Mindful Hike with Breathwork , Cacao Circle & Wild Dip near the beautiful Three Shire Heads Waterfalls

Hiking around the peaceful Three Shire Heads in the Peak district we will start by walking a few paces with our new beautiful soul led friends to the start of the path. T﻿he day is all about Nature Bathing &amp; Mindfulness with a Cacao Circle, Breathwork &amp; Mindful ConnectionsWe will spend a little bit of the walk becoming mindful of the nature around us. I&#x27;ll guide you through a walking meditation to allow ourselves to connect deeper with ourselves &amp; the Nature. And then we&#x27;ll find a spot to sit and bask in the natural wooded area. Based on Shinrin-Yoku - &quot;Forest Bathing&quot; technique we will spend some time in nature here. We will be Using all our senses to become grounded in the present moment. We will then sit down in circle to introduce ourselves &amp; sip some sacred ceremonial cacao. This will allow us to open our hearts to receive &amp; connect to the Earth. Setting our individual intentions for the next few hours.Then there&#x27;s a free for all time as we hike to chat among ourselves &amp; make some new friends until we reach the Three Shire Heads Waterfalls. This is where we will sit down and do some Breathwork to prepare ourselves for the cold water therapy that&#x27;s about to be received. Getting the warm blood pumping so we are prepared to enjoy the gorgeous waterfalls. Hopefully you will already be calm from being surrounded by nature but this will deepen this peace further.Next up getting into one of the tiny pools in this gorgeous area with a small waterfall. Wild Swimming in cold water leads to many different benefits including a release of happy hormones. Connection to nature &amp; a powerful feeling of inner peace.Once we have got ourselves changed, had a snack or lunch if hungry and warmed up with some soothing Tea we will finish the hike (about 45mins)Before heading home with our hearts full &amp; wonderful new connections to likeminded women.Please Bring with you<ul><li>Towels, Water boots &amp; Gloves &amp; Swimming costume </li><li>C﻿hange of undergarments</li><li>Something to sit on e.g yoga mat, but a plastic bag or even your coat works </li><li>Mug to drink Cacao &amp; Tea (Will bring spares)</li><li>Water for Hydration</li><li>Extra Warm Layers as water can make you cold</li><li>Packed Lunch &amp; Snacks (optional)</li><li>Hiking Boots/suitable footwear</li><li>S﻿uitable Protection from weather (suncream, rain coat)</li></ul>Please arrive at least 10- 15 minutes before starting to allow time to get into hiking gear so we can start at 10am for the hike. We will meet in the car park of Clough Farm &amp; I&#x27;ll email you with details of who to look out for once booked. There is no Signal here so downloading google map of the area is advisable as well as be prepared to wild pee ( I know the good spots) as there are no public toilets available.My name is Kay &amp; I am a certified Breath Coach based in Macclesfield. This is my second year of Wild Gathering Events &amp; I hope to bring even more like minded people together to deepen our connection to the natural world &amp; calm our nervous systems in a busy world. A feeling of community &amp; happy central nervous systems are more important than ever and I feel there&#x27;s no better place than using nature &amp; our own natural resources to achieve this. The hike is moderate difficulty. There are a few steep hills and a moderate amount of fitness is required. Altogether the walking is 4 1/2 Miles and about 2hr 30 mins at a steady pace but with mindful walking and the stops along the way expect the day to take much longer. (Event time is the latest we could be back to cars)Disclaimer - Cacao is not suitable for people who take SSRI&#x27;s, Have epilepsy or seizures, severe mental health problems inc schizophenia or are pregnant. Wild Swimming may not be suitable for you if you have cardiac problems or history of heart attacks this is due to the cold water. You are swimming at your own risk so please don&#x27;t enter if you are unsure about swimming ability. The guided Breathwork uses gentle techniques but if you have high or low blood pressure or are pregnant let me know. Please consult with your doctor if you&#x27;re unsure about whether you can partake in any part of the day. I am unable to give medical advice as I am not a medical professional.
