4th London Bengali Film Festival - The HE Without HIM

Munsur Ali is a film maker, socialentrepreneurand activist.  He is also a member at the City of London Corporation and a committee member for the City of London's 'Culture, Heritage and Libraries' Committee.Munsur is keen to support events and projects that tell the hidden and untold stories.  He leads on international projects that engage young and emerging artists as well as artists from a wider cultural background.He is the founder of the Limelight Film Awards, a programme thatidentifies and celebrates emerging film talent through the red carpet awards ceremony.He also set up the London Bengali Film Festival (LBFF), an annual celebration of films from or about the Bengali Diaspora.www.munsur.co.uk

<P>The film explores a daughter's search for her father in the metropolis of Kolkata. The daughter Shatarupa, finds the voice of her father in a young man who comes to her life as a director. The paternal traits draw her towards him, but she finds<A TARGET="_blank" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer"></A> herself trapped elsewhere between emotional complexities and simplicity.</P>
