This peaceful retreat is set in a picturesque corner of the Peak District that I have come to know and love intimately. Every visit is a unique opportunity to watch the beauty of nature unfold and nourish our wellbeing like nothing else.
If you have never been on a retreat before and are feeling unsure, please know that you’ll be warmly welcomed. We walk silently as a group, so there's no pressure for small talk, and we can all stay present and connected with the surroundings. You'll have the safety and comfort of the group while experiencing the freedom of the outdoors.
During our retreat, we'll take the time to stop in various tranquil spots for quiet reflection, company, and poetry pauses. Weather and midges permitting, we always enjoy an opportunity for some sky gazing. Remember to dress warmly and bring something to lay on for the ultimate relaxing experience.
