Six-Week Meditation Course: Foundations for Calm, Clarity, and Connection
This 6-week meditation course is designed as a gentle, supportive introduction to meditation, suitable for complete beginners as well as those wishing to reconnect with their practice. Structured using the BSOM framework the course offers a clear, progressive pathway that supports both learning and lived experience, helping participants build confidence, self-awareness, and emotional balance.
Across the 6weeks, participants will be guided through ten different meditation techniques, each carefully chosen to support mental clarity, emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and self-compassion. The techniques include a blend of breath-based practices, body awareness, attention training, grounding, visualisation, compassion-focused meditation, and simple mindfulness approaches that can be easily integrated into everyday life. Each technique is introduced gradually, with clear guidance and plenty of time to practise at a comfortable pace.
The course is taught in a safe, warm, and non-judgemental environment, where there is no expectation to “get it right” or achieve a particular state. Emphasis is placed on curiosity, kindness, and personal experience rather than performance. Participants are encouraged to work within their own capacity, making this course accessible to people with busy minds, high stress levels, or no prior meditation experience. ADHDers welcome.
Jeffs teaching is both grounded and reflective, helping participants understand not just how to meditate, but why different techniques are helpful in different situations. Each session builds gently on the last, supporting integration and confidence.
By the end of the six weeks, participants will have a toolkit of practical meditation techniques, a clearer understanding of their own inner experience, and the confidence to continue meditating in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and personal.
