You will learn to minimise distractions, get lost in activity and achieve more in less time. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to maximise their efficiency and get the most out of their day. You will go away with a new perspective and fun, enjoyable in-the-moment practices you can use over and over again. This workshop is perfect for anyone studying for exams, deadlines or just needing to find a way to make the most out of their day. Join us in April to discover the secrets to staying focused and achieving your goals! Nila Matthews, author and founder of Awakening Flow, helps people shift past unconscious blocks, fears and doubts to unlock success and purpose by supporting their mental and energetic well-being.With a background in innovation and behavioural product management with companies like Sky &amp; Yahoo! Nila is now an Intuitive Intelligence Trainer and author on ‘Flow and Conscious Creativity for breakthroughs and well-being’. She uses a combination of tools from psychology, and other sciences and well research alternative methods to inform her work. Things to know about Bolt Ons:We are a community-Bolt-On events are popular and the capacity for each event is limited to give participants the best experience possible. So if you get a ticket to this event and can no longer attend please let us know as soon as possible. We will be able to pass your ticket on to someone else.
