Children Change Colombia's  Thames Walk 2023

Children all over Colombia are at risk of recruitment into armed groups and drugs gangs, and face high levels of sexual violence. But Colombia can change.Children Change Colombiaworks with children and their families to challenge poverty, inequality and violence. We want to ensure that every child can have a safe and happy childhood and a fulfilling future. We work in partnership with local NGOs with the aims of keeping children safe from harm, defending their rights in the long term, and strengthening children's organisations in Colombia. Our partners work on a wide range of projects which provide education, support vulnerable families, help make communities safer and help young people develop the skills and confidence they need to build independent and fulfilling lives.

Join us for a fantastic summer’s day out - a 10-mile walk along the Thames with a picnic in the beautiful Richmond Park.

Where: Richmond Park, LondonWhen: Saturday 17th June 202310:00am-4:00pm (the walk will take at least 4 hours)Registration cost: a donation of £15 per person minimum including a free CCC T-shirt (children under 12 go free) Join us for a fantastic summer’s day out - a 10-mile walk along the Thames with a picnic in the beautiful Richmond Park.
