How to Develop your Mindset & Maximise your Productivity

We’re delivering a full support programme combining modular business workshops, rich online learning resources and 1:1 support via the New Start Devon programme framework. It’s open to all Devon residents (excluding Torbay), and fully funded by  the European Regional Development Fund and is available until June 2023.

Outset Enterprise Coaching

This 2 part workshop looks at Imposter Syndrome and Time Management to help boost your confidence in running your small  business.

This 2 part workshop includes two 1.5 hour Zoom training sessions with accompanying workbooks to embed your learning for you and your business.Especially designed to support new and early-stage businesses we will focus on the mindset that can help you form a solid foundation for understanding your value and boost your confidence in your new business, along with practical ways of managing your time.Key areas we will cover include:Workshop 1: Tues 9th May 10-11.30am + workbook- Understand what Imposter Syndrome is- Recognise what &#x27;type&#x27; of Imposter you identify with- Learn and practice techniques to help manage and overcome your feelings of self doubtWorkshop 2: Tues 16th May 10-11.30am + workbook- Finding balance and recognising your time bandits- Practical techniques to help manage your time EligibilityPlease be advised that this workshop is free of charge for residents of Devon, we will ask you to fill in a registration form and session feedback form. Outset is a fully funded program, set up to support entrepreneurs and this paperwork enables us to track our progress, measure our impact and continue providing you free services.Joining instructionsThis session is run via Zoom and you will be sent joining instructions 24 hours in advance and a 1 hour reminder containing the links to join - please note this information will come via Eventbrite email and we advise to please check your junk folder.
