Ponthafren is expanding to include help for businesses and organisations with the issues they are facing in the workforce surrounding the mental health and well-being of their staff. Ponthafren offers various means of support for businesses and organisations to minimise the impact of losing staff through mental health-related absences from the workplace or issues which could arise and potentially affect staff mental well-being.

<p>Following the success of the previous Workforce Wellbeing event in March we are now offering the event online for employers, human resource workers, managers, and business owners to drop in a hear all about what Ponthafren is offering organisations to help support staff or volunteer mental health at a local level with the aim of minimising the impact of staff illness on your business. </p>
