Canal Trip Boat - Barbara McLellan

WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?Escape to the Cotswolds for a maritime heritage experience with a difference. This is one of three ways we&#x27;re offering visitors to experience travel on the Kennet and Avon Canal and Avon River as people would have done in Victorian times. Try one of our activities or all three! WHO IS IT FOR?Anyone who loves history and the water. Bring a friend, a loved one or the whole family for an experience with a difference. Sunday 21st May 10:30am-4pm: Canal Boat cruise(£40 adults and £20 children under 16) Find out what it was really like travelling along the Kennet and Avon canal in Victorian times on our Boaters and Boathooks: Victorian Voyages on the Kennet and Avon Canal day. The cruise on Barbara McLellan will include sandwiches and cream tea and exclusive live commentary from local author Alison Cannon who will read from her latest publication <a href="https://alcedo.onlineweb.shop/?fbclid=IwAR24Sn6JJxa6yxyZGSBNg1wh1Oa-QTNn__3dMJ66LxOP7TA2RTm11R-Lwns" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Victorian Boating Holidays on the Kennet and Avon Canal</a>. The cruise will be based from Bradford-on-Avon and travel up to the Dundas aqueduct where there will be time to get off the canal boat and have an explore before getting back on the boat and returning to dock.
