Our annual Envisioning Day is coming up a week on Saturday (22nd April) and we hope you are able to attend. We really value your input in looking to the future of the school and asking our Heavenly Father for guidance in this. We are planning for the day to be a little different this year and propose the rough agenda to be as follows: The Christian School (Takeley) - Envisioning Day 22nd April 2023 09:30 – 10:30 Trustees and Staff Opening Prayer - Trustee teacher engagement - Staff accountability (Staff roles and who does what) - Staff expectations of Trustees - Vision for school (views of staff) - Future of school/ Advertising 10:45 – 12:15 Trustees and Parents Opening Prayer Vision for school - How to broaden the vision - How to implement the vision School maintenance/ housekeeping. - Parents volunteering time/ rolling rotas. - Clearing up big shows/events - Heads Report (staff welcome) 12:15 – 13:00 Lunch (please email linda.cole@tcstadmin.co.uk with any dietary requirements) 13.00 - 14.00 reflection and discussion for non-SLT staff and parents 13:00 – 14:00 Trustees and SLT Opening Prayer - Expectations of trustees (Supporting SLT) - Staff recruitment - Staffing levels/ cover 14:00 – 15:00 Trust AGM – Led by Chair of Trustees - Opening Prayer - Payment policy - Notice period policy Kind regards,Carina - on behalf of the TrusteesThe Christian School (Takeley), Brewers End, Bishops Stortford, Herts, CM22 6QHTelephone: (01279) 871182DFE No. 881/6041Registered Charity No. 1148518Company No. 8165830
