Join your local People Powered Place to meet your neighbours, hear about the Council's strategy and decide on your local priorities.

Join us for the first People Powered Places event in the new cycle to decide on your local priorities and hear about the Council&#x27;s strategy.People Powered Places (previously Community Assemblies) give Newham residents the chance to positively impact their local area. Residents have £1.6m to spend together across Newham on local projects done by local people.In this meeting, you will have an opportunity to decide what matters most to your community, which will impact the type of projects that will be created in your area. You’ll have a chance to meet your neighbours, discuss important matters over food and be part of change in your area.
