Is help available for tenants who are not confident with IT or joining an online meeting?

Accepted Answer

Yes – our Digital Inclusion Team are on hand to offer support/training to our tenants. We can even arrange transport for you to attend our Newydd office so you can join in the online meeting there. If you need support, please email tracy.james@newydd.co.uk or call Tracy on 02920 00 5477

Can I still give feedback or ask questions if I am unable to attend the meeting?

Of course, we always welcome feedback from our tenants. If you have a comment or question please email tracy.james@newydd .co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we can with a response. Alternatively, you can call Tracy on 02920 00 5477 if easier for you.

What happens with the tenant feedback you collect at the meeting?

Newydd uses the feedback to improve the services our tenants receive. Any changes we make are shared with our tenants as part of our #YouSpokeWeListened campaign – we provide regular updates in Newyddion (our tenant newsletter), on social media, on My Newydd (our tenant portal) and on our website
