Come and experience Qi Gong with Poppy!  45 minutes with her teaching you Qi Gong (energy work)will leave you feeling calm and energised.

<p>Qi Gong means energy work in Chinese. It is a gentle form of exercise, from the same family as Tai Chi. Soft, flowing movements combined with the breath and concentration, bring about a deep sense of well being and calm and you come away feeling immediately more settled and peaceful as you get your &#x27;Qi&#x27; flowing. It is a moving meditation, a self healing form of exercise, and has many recognised health benefits. Both the NHS and Harvard Medical School promote the practice. It works along the same principals as acupunture, where needles are inserted at strategic points on the body- in Qi Gong, movement does the same as the needles, unblocking and releasing &#x27;Qi&#x27; to promote a feeling of increased energy and well being. You are tuning into your subltle energetic body, something that one might not be aware of should Qi Gong not have crossed your path before.</p>
